What is the Labyrinth Activist Network?
The LAN is a collective of labyrinth walkers who are interested in practicing contemplative labyrinth activism. It is a network of people who want to see global change happen through contemplative activism.
It currently brings labyrinth walkers together one time monthly via Zoom for inspiration, education, and discussion. Everyone is welcome, it is free, and in January 2023 another research plan will begin and all are invited to participate.
What is contemplative labyrinth Activism?
We are learning a unique way to make change in the world based on science, the power of a network of labyrinth walkers and the unassailable power of the collective.
A definition of contemplative labyrinth activism emerged from the research data received from 2 studies conducted by the Legacy Labyrinth Project and Baylor University 20/21.
Labyrinth activism is walking in heart coherence, with a shared focused intention for change or healing. It is most effective when done in groups. It is often experienced as a sacred experience cultivating a sense of connectedness and insight.
